How Reclaimo Works with Any E-commerce Store (No Integration Needed)
WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, Etsy, custom store — Reclaimo works with all of them.
No Plugin. No API. Just a Link.
Most tools require you to install a plugin, connect an API, or go through a complex setup. Reclaimo works differently.
Your complaint form is a simple web page with a unique link. It works with any store because it does not depend on your platform at all.
How to Use Reclaimo with Any Store
Step 1: Sign Up (30 seconds)
Create a free account at reclaimo.eu/register. No credit card required.
Step 2: Get Your Complaint Form Link
After signing in, go to the Share page. You will see your unique complaint form link.
Step 3: Put It Where Your Customers Can Find It
You can put this link anywhere:
- In your website footer — "Having an issue? Click here"
- In order confirmation emails — most platforms let you customize email templates
- On a dedicated "Returns and Complaints" page on your store
- In your WhatsApp/Messenger auto-reply
- On your social media bio
- On printed materials — QR code on invoices or packaging
Step 4: Manage Everything in One Dashboard
Every complaint from every channel lands in one place. Change status, add notes, customer gets automatic email updates.
Platform-Specific Tips
WooCommerce
Full integration available — connects via Application Password, pulls order data automatically. Add the link to WooCommerce email templates for auto-fill.
Shopify
Add the link to your Shopify email notifications: Settings > Notifications > edit any template > paste the link in the footer.
PrestaShop
Edit email templates in Back Office > Design > Email Theme > edit template > add link to the footer.
Magento
Add to transactional emails: Marketing > Communications > Email Templates > edit and add the link.
Etsy
Include the link in your shop announcement or in messages to buyers after purchase.
Custom / Self-Built Store
Use our embed widget — one line of JavaScript adds a floating complaint button to any website. Find the code in your dashboard under Share.
With or Without Integration
Without integration: Customer types their order number manually. You see it in the dashboard and look it up in your store admin. Simple, works everywhere.
With WooCommerce integration: Order number is auto-filled from email links, and you see full order details (items, total, status) directly in the complaint view. Saves time but not required.
Bottom Line
You do not need to wait for a Shopify app or a PrestaShop module. Sign up, grab your link, put it in front of your customers. You will be handling complaints professionally in 5 minutes — regardless of what platform your store runs on.
