1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reclaimo ("the Service"), operated by Reclaimo ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reclaimo is a complaint management platform for e-commerce businesses. We provide tools to collect, track, and resolve customer complaints, including integration with third-party platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to 30 complaints per month and 1 shop. When the limit is reached, new complaints will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: using it for illegal purposes, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the Service's operation.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reclaimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
